Emily Benson - Owner K9 Services Wales

Hi Emily
Before I called you the first time, I had a few concerns:
1. I was worried you'd think me a 'bad person' for wanting help with our collie x Tallis' walks as I work from home for myself.
2. I really wanted him to be "off lead" whenever possible and I knew that not all dog-walking services offered that.
3. Tallis had started getting a tad 'bossy' with smaller/younger dogs and whilst I felt that a 'pack walk' might help, I was also very aware of the potential implications of that to you and your existing canine clients.
I needn't have worried. You listened, without judgement, understood our situation and agreed to take us on on a trial basis.
Fast forward 3-4 months... Tallis now walks with you 2 days a week and whilst it hasn't always been plain sailing, we've heeded any advice you've given us with near instant, positive results which have made all of us happier - including him!
When the buzzer goes and he hears the words "Emily's coming!" the sight of him skipping off to the waiting van is a joy to behold.
Your love for what you do coupled with your canine behaviourist credentials and expertise is to my mind the ultimate combination and I regularly recommend K9 Services Wales to other dog owners we meet.
A heartfelt 'thank you' for all that you do.
Warmest
Claire

Hi Emily,
I must say that it was the "best money" we ever spend on Candy for the behaviour session. She is so much better with other dogs. Our walks are not a chore anymore.
Thanks a million paws.

Thanks for all your help Emily. You've provided an excellent reliable service.
My next job takes me outside, so if I encounter dog owners needing help, I'll know where to send them.
All the best!

Emily what can we say? You are FAB!! And we know we are not the only ones who think so!! We adopted Foxy over 2 years ago now and I think you first met her within a week of us having her home. She is an old fox, nearly 15 now and we didn’t want to put her through the trauma of kennels, having already had 4 periods in the Dog Trust through no fault of her own. Since then I suspect she has spent almost as much time with you as she has with us. She loves her walks with you when we are in work. She is a very lucky lady, having 2 families who care for her and love her to bits. It’s great for us as when we are away, which is rather a lot, as we know she is safe and sound in your home with you and your family. Thank you so much xx

Lita, cocker spaniel, comes to stay with you often either for a few days or a week at a time. She also enjoys occasional walks with you and the other dogs. I am always confident that she is safe and secure in your care and best of all I know that she is happy. The way she happily trots off with you when collected says it all.
